I am excited to share an experience I had with Auto World in West Plains, Missouri. I purchased a 2016 Yukon XL Denali from Chance more than 2 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since. The Yukon seemed to have a little exhaust leak that was getting worse, and I knew I had to fix it before I took my family to New Mexico on a mission trip. When I brought my concerns to Chance and explained what the expense would include (there was a broken bolt in the head), he told me if I dropped it off then he would make sure to fix it. This is more than 2 years after I bought it.... What other dealership would do this for their customer? Not only did they take the costly bolt out of the head, but they also replaced the exhaust manifold. The job was not covered on the warrantee and would have costed me over $700 to fix. On top of that, I mentioned the need to purchace some rails to put on the top of the truck to attach a cargo rooftop carrier, and when I picked the truck up, he had a set of rails installed on the truck as well. What an amazing blessing Chance and Auto World has been to me and my family!!! They will be the first place I look when it comes to shopping for our family's vehicles. God bless this business abundantly!!!

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Auto World now. Both with the help of Will Bonham. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle, he makes the process very smooth. Will even met with us on a Sunday and assisted us in choosing a vehicle.

Will Bonham and every one at West Plains Auto world was great to deal with. Will got me in a nice truck low mileage and got me a good warranty he went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to talk to Will Bonham.

I had been on the search for a truck for a few months and finally found one here. We had issues getting money loaned on it through our bank. They had then just got a different truck in that I liked better. After a really long process and Will being an amazing and PATIENT salesman got it done for me. I can't recommend buying a vehicle through Will at auto world enough! He was even nice enough to check in and see how it was going with the truck later that week.
