Will Bonham was great from the first min we got there. I told what problems I was having getting a new car and he was not going to let me leave there without having a truck. I had no issues and the people there were so nice and helpful. Thank you Will for helping me. Much appreciated sir!

I came to West Plains Auto World looking for a beater with a heater. Will and I had a good laugh because that thang was definitely beat up. I told Will what I was really wanting and my situation. He showed me a few vehicles but I had to run to an appointment. Will asked for 2 minutes of my time to get some info. 30 mins later her texted me. I get back an hour later and 20 mins, I got something better than what I actually looked at and wanted. Never have I been to a dealership where I was treated as another sale. Will understood my situation, did the numbers and got me into a nice affordable rig. He was kind, very friendly and he really cares about his customers needs. Hi highly recommend West Plains Auto World. Good people.

Will was AWESOME! We called about a vehicle on the lot, and he worked around our busy work schedules to let us test drive and find the car meant for us. He made the entire process seamless. From viewing options, to financing, and trading. Communication was on point. We’ve never had such a great experience at a dealership. It didn’t feel high pressure or scammy at all, like a lot of places feel. We respect how real Will was with us, and we will definitely be back for future vehicles. Easiest and fastest process ever. Thank you!!

Will sold us a truck that was exactly what we were looking for. The price was fair, and we got what we wanted for our trade-in. A week after we got it home, the batteries gave out. Will made sure we got new batteries, no hassle. We'll definitely be back when we are looking for the next one.

I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership than I have with Auto World in West Plains. Will at Auto world hasn’t just helped me multiple times with trading and purchasing a vehicle. He has worked with people very close to me even with those who lived out of state! I would recommend working with Auto world in a heartbeat! They are kind, knowledgeable, know just the way to make you feel welcome and heard! Best Car Dealership!
